When these were built in the mid-1990s (because contrary to what this site has asserted, Corktown did, in fact, exist as a desirable neighborhood well before Slow's opened and might just have had something to do with why Slow's was opened there), they were going for $100,00k and THAT was a huge deal. Nice to see they've bounced back, because I remember seeing a listing for one a few years ago that was like $70,000.
