Earlier this summer, we complained that a fountain outside of the Dan Gilbert-owned Chase Tower (now dubbed The Qube) was spewing water the hue of blue most people recognize as Ty-D-Bol. Today we learn that someone must have been reading our critique and thought to put a stop to Water 2.0. Here now, actual water—clear like Crystal Pepsi— is in the fountain. In our previous post, commenters argued extensively over whether the water had been dyed blue prior to Gilbert's purchase and re-branding. In any case, that someone in Gilbert-ville finally decided to flush it for real water is a "win" in our book.
