I don’t think that we know what the food/beer menus will hold but I ASSURE you that even a mediocre take at one of the above will be more popular and culinary “current” than the “New California” cuisine of 2 decades ago. Be careful about voicing uninformed snark in areas where You(Sarah)/Curbed is not an expert. Or don’t be.
