We have not been inside this one but our tipster says "slightly fire damaged." At $900 bucks, the cost of the house is nothing, it's all in the renovations. Why bother? Because the exterior is just gorgeous and from what we can tell, it is almost all stone. A shell of a home in the Villages for $900, not bad. Bank of America currently owns this foreclosure. which has 3,264 square feet and was built in 1905.
