Comment of the Day

A restored David Broderick is a tribute to Detroit's finer days and the beginning to a thriving downtown residential community at Grand Circus Park. Let's get rid of the Lisa Frank-esque monstrosity already. It was a cutesy dress up for a vacant building - but common - this is the David F'ing Broderick Tower in downtown Detroit, a historic skyscraper, not some school binder. -Anon [Architecture Critic Implores Detroit, "Don't Save The Whales"]
