We are not in love with the kitchen but holy stained glass windows: that bay-seating area is cute! They are promising new windows and a new roof. We rather dig the breakfast nook and man, even the lawn looks good. The place was listed back in 2010 for $284,000 so the new price, $194,900, is quite the cut.
