This Seven-Bedroom Is Not A Fixer-Upper At $300 K

For the second time in 30 days we're looking at an over-$250 K listing in Indian Village that is not a total fixer-upper. Isn't this the hood for people that like to totally rebuild houses? (The kind that go for $50 K?) Today's seven-bedroom home came on the market last week with an ask of $305,000. The photos indicate that it is in pretty great shape, though what they are calling a "remodeled gourmet kitchen" seems a bit dated save the stainless appliances. Amenities include a corner lot with tons of yard, a formal dining room, enclosed porch, three fireplaces, a wood-paneled library, and a three-car garage. The 1914 home has 3,590 square feet.
