According to the forum of the tenants at Universal, none have valid certificates of occupancy. One of them received the info from the City of Detroit. There are far too many people on that board that are pissed off for this to be a rumor. Sounds about right. I lived in Milwaukee for about 2 months. That's all I could take and that was right when they opened.
