Masons' Lights Still Burning

Lights inside Detroit's Masonic Temple indicate that DTE has chosen not to make good on its recent threats to shut off the building's gas and electricity Sunday for non-payment of bills. The Temple, host to last Thursday's free Nas concert, does not have a plan in place to actually pay its bills, but according to MLive has "appeared to make an effort" to give DTE what it's owed. New strategy for homeowners with unpaid bills: become a concert venue. [MLive]
