The popular breakfast/lunch joint in Eastern Market, Russell Street Deli, will be making a go of it with a vegetarian/vegan eatery in midtown called Topsoil. They are taking a commercial slot in The Auburn, the mixed-use building currently under construction and expected to open in the fall. [Huff Post Detroit]
