With the Wayne County foreclosure auction still going for two more days (it ends on the 20th) we already have a clear winner when it comes to Costco-style-buying. That meaning one big bulk buyer! As of this post, a buyer named MENAYEK has 52 properties from this auction alone, and will be spending at least $706,314 on the auction.
