Roasting Plant, the New York-based coffee shop that is working on opening their first Detroit location, spent yesterday afternoon installing signage on the First National building. And lots of it! The Dan Gilbert-owned building across from the Campus Martius park will be the third location for the coffee company. We've been told that the look of this store will be completely different from the two in New York. The shop will be 1,336 square feet and is aiming to open in the late fall.
