Broderick Lease-Signers Offered Free Lunch In Penthouse to Make Up For The Absence of Move-In Dates

New, 12 comments

Photos by Andrew Kopietz were taken in a 26th floor penthouse in August.

Here's the latest from the Broderick Tower, which has already pushed back move-in dates for their rental apartment tower twice: there are still not move-in dates. Sorry! But oh hey, in addition to offering would-be residents free rent for December, they are now offering free lunch in a penthouse apartment tomorrow. Just don't try and sleep there after the fun ends; this building still does not have a certificate of occupancy.

To:

Hello Future Broderick Tower Residents,

Currently we have three hurdles to overcome in regards to obtaining our Certificate of Occupancy. We are not in a position to schedule your move-in date and time but will be updating you again on Friday.

Tomorrow, Thursday, September 27, the Tigers will finish their series against the Kansas City Royals and play their last regular season home game. We would love for you to join us in a penthouse suite for lunch and to watch the game. Those in attendance will be entered to win two tickets for Opening Day 2013 (vs the New York Yankees!). Come hungry and ready to cheer on our Tigers! Spots are limited to 15 so please RSVP to [redacted] at [redacted] ASAP. Go Tigers!

Check out Broderick Tower in the Detroit Free Press: Tight market for downtown Detroit apartment rentals.

We look forward to updating you again on Friday.
