Hey look! Dan Gilbert is rebranding Eastern Market! e.M@rket? Just kidding you all. He has not bought this building... yet. This produce warehouse, the proud owner of the big Eastern Market sign, is getting a new paint job today. The workman that our tipster spoke to said that they are painting over the current sign to the give the whole building "a fresh look" and that the sign will be re-painted. Could this be one of the effects of the Detroit Beautification Project? New paint envy? Let's hope it catches on in a few more spots around town. [CurbedWire Staff]
