According to a rather unbelievable report from Trulia, rental prices in Wayne County did not rise at all this year, actually declining by 0.1% overall. "You've got to be joking," said everyone in Midtown and Downtown collectively. The Free Press speculates that the report doesn't include an end-of-year surge in high-end rentals made available by properties like the Broderick Tower, which includes a $5,300-a-month luxury penthouse.
