According to broker Steve Salomone, the mysterious "jazz supper club" mentioned in the listing for the Parkstone/Parkhurst isn't an error, but a real project that should be fully operational "very soon." Management at the Parkstone was unable to confirm, telling us they had no knowledge of the project.
