Downtown's most notorious brick-dropper has been among the city's most endangered buildings for some time. After years languishing on the market, it appears an unknown Israeli developer aims to close on the building within the next month. Lets make sure they get their free cup of coffee. No word on the sale price yet, but the building's current owners have previously asked between $650K-$850K.
