Just as the dust settles from the auctions of the David Stott and Free Press buildings, another downtown heavyweight is sneaking up on the auction block. Come November 19, buyers will begin competing for the Clark Lofts building, a 10-story residential tower sandwiched between Capitol Park and Merchants Row. Considering its enviable location and residential setup, you can bet on an intense bidding war. A quick scan of the Clark Lofts website tells us of 15 apartments, a rentable party space on the second floor, and something called the J.A.M. Lounge on the ground level. The 1922 building contains 32,000 square feet, and bidding will kick off at $1.1M.
