Midtown's two-part demolition derby has entered the second half of its second half. First, we saw a beige building on Cass Avenue leveled with impressive speed. Now, demolition experts are tearing into the 82-year-old building at 110 Alexandrine, though she's not going so easily. Made of cinder block and limestone, she's taking a bit longer. By the time crews went home on Thursday evening, half the building was still intact. Soon, both locations will be gated parking lots.
