Remember the ultra-hyped renovation of the Alden Park Towers? That was the work of Triton Properties, a Denver-based organization with an appetite for residential buildings near The Villages. According to Crain's, the company just bought four historic buildings in the area--the Kean Apartments, Hibbard Apartments, Van Dyke Manor, and Parker Place.
