It's been about a year since the inaugural residents of the Broderick Tower were able to move in, and boy did they earn it. These days, aspiring residents don't have it much easier. The building is technically 100% full, with a wait list stretching into April/May of next year. And that's not a guaranteed, you'll-get-the-keys wait list, but simply the month when some of the current leases expire. To move in with any sort of speed, your have but one move: sublease.
Management does permit subleasing, and listings do appear on Craigslist every so often.
Way up on the 24th floor, this listing asks $1975/month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with views facing south and west. Find the listing here.
