Vacant for 14 years, the building once home to Chung's Seafood is continues dramatically chopping its asking price, which now stands at $250K. A cheap Chung's is not the only news in Chinatown, however. Just across Peterboro Street, the former home of Mantra recently jumped into the fray, asking an identical $250K of its own. In short, all of Chinatown can be yours for $500K. Both buildings have over 8,000 square feet, and their spot on Peterboro Street has especially wide sidewalks and big trees. Will the proposed Red Wings arena a few blocks south kickstart some development?
