DTW—The first ever DTW Airport Dining Guide is here. It's holiday travel season, and eating in airports is unfortunately often part of that experience. To help make the daunting decision of "where should I eat" a little easier, Eater has put together a list of the best places to eat and/or drink at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW).

MidtownThe Grille Midtown is open, and Eater took a look inside. Check out the pictures of the interior, which features a lot of gray and a lot of automotive theme.

Downtown Michael Symon's Roast had a grease fire on Tuesday, and both the restaurant and Westin Book-Cadillac were evacuated. Fortunately nobody was harm and the extent of the damage was minimal, but it was confirmed in a Detroit Free Press article, which reported that the ducts and ventilation system in the kitchen did suffer enough damage that the restaurant will be closed for the next two weeks as repairs are made.

Downtown— Owner of The Hudson Cafe, Maurice Wiggins, has announced that he'll be opening two new restaurants in the first half of 2014. The Addison Eatery is taking over Atlas Global Bistro's old spot in Midtown sometime around March, while Restaurant 55 is opening in June near the Ren Cen.
