We don't recall having seen a loft this pricy in a while. Declaring itself to be "one of the largest loft condos ever built in the downtown, waterfront area," the elephantine asking price of $450K comes with 2,705 square feet of top floor loftage. This cavernous abode contains two bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a "private office" and a two-sided fireplace. One can't help but drool puddles over the giant, half-circle windows and exposed brick wall of the master bedroom, and this layout does a pretty good job of balancing open loftiness while carving out some swanky private bedrooms. But an ask of $450K? We're not buying it.
