Rehab work on the Village Park Apartments in West Village has finished up, leaving two classic buildings near the neighborhood's core fully refurbished. Built in 1927, Village Park has previously endured a foreclosure and even a large fire, but a combination of grants and credits have allowed MHT Development to renovate all 56 one and two-bedroom units. If you're hoping for a spot in West Village before all the new businesses in the Parkstone open up this spring, look elsewhere: Village Park is completely rented out.
