Corktown House Shows Off New Remods While Lowering Ask

New, 5 comments

This house look familiar? It first appeared as one of the 2011 tax foreclosure auction's more promising properties, luring 17 bids before selling for just $33,500. What a deal! It was back on the market a year later, claiming new renovations and asking a hefty $149,000. That's where it's been since last September, though a lack of bites has induced a sweetening of the bait: the house's ask was just chopped by $10K. There are now pics of the renovations, showing below, which don't look too shabby at all. At 2,400 square feet, this house has four bedrooms and an mind-blowing six bathrooms. Perhaps a former B&B?
