Asking $525K for any piece of real estate in Detroit is pretty gutsy, but try and tell this custom loft it's not worth it. No expense was spared designing this loft's 2,700 square feet, though Toto toilets weren't necessary to make this one special. Exposed brick, I-beams, and a gorgeous wooden ceiling are are lit illuminated by several large windows lining the 23x34 great room. The loft's 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are all spacious, while the kitchen goes all-out with granite and stainless appliances. Can you imagine what this would go for in NYC or Chicago?
