Office Openings

Yet another one of Dan Gilbert's go-to architecture firms is scouting a new office space downtown. While Nuemann/Smith chose an entire floor of the Gilbert's Wright-Kay building, ROSETTI is reportedly setting up shop in the Federal Reserve Building, a property they themselves are helping redesign (their name is on the renderings, at least). Two Gilbert architecture firms in two Gilbert buildings in a single day? Sounds like somebody went shopping for new tenants. [Freep]
