Despite having their fingerprints on several of Downtown's more prominent office renovations (First National, One Woodward Ave, the M@dison, Chrysler House), Southfield-based Neumann/Smith Architecture hasn't had a Detroit address to call home. No longer! The firm was simply holding out for the best, as they've just signed a lease for the entire third floor of Dan Gilbert's historic Wright-Kay Building. At 122 years old, the Wright-Kay is among the oldest in downtown Detroit. [Freep]
