Eighteen-Foot Ceilings in the Lofts at New Amsterdam

New, 6 comments

Here's a listing from the Lofts at New Amsterdam, a higher-end development (at least on the loft spectrum) located in a "converted coin factory" up in the New Center area. Here we have exposed brick and hardwood floors, and we're certainly not complaining about the loft's 18-foot ceilings with exposed rafters. Also of note: granite countertops and an washer/dryer right in the unit. This one is emphasizing its security situation, mentioning its second-floor status, keypad entry, and "gated lot guarded by 2 neighboring Police Stations and a historic firehouse." Rent for this 850-square-foot space will run you $1,150/month.
