The owner of this block on the east side must be feeling pretty good about the housing market over there, asking $230K for this block of litter and brush with a few scattered structures just off Van Dyke. Granted, it does have the benefit of being in West Village, though it skips that all together and goes right for the good stuff, describing its location as "Indian Village area"—the official realtor name for West Village. Still, this property pales in comparison to the asking price of yet another lot of similar size in "Near Corktown" (North Corktown), which is still asking $675K for some former Tiger Stadium parking lots.
