Opening Day Records

With a rooftop patio and 95 televisions, Detroit's gargantuan Buffalo Wild Wings hopes revelers ingest enough beer to break its $75,000 single-day sales record today. Another potential (but unverifiable) B-dubs record worth considering: Opening Day's crowds could amount to being the largest number of people ever to be inside the 139-year-old Temple of the Odd Fellows building, which spent the better part of the 20th century housing men's clothing retailers. That's not the case with the similarly historic building next door, where Bagger Dave's Legendary Burger Tavern will remain dark until work resumes this summer.
