Being the trendiest, most youth-savvy commission of them all, the Detroit Historic District Commission posted their agenda on Facebook the other day, revealing some planned chatter on 4209 Woodward Avenue. That particular lot is owned by Woodward-Willis LLC, a company headed by Midtown Inc's Sue Mosey. Like any patch of earth Mosey points towards, parks on, or stares at too long, there have been rumors of an impending development. But look! A tipster emailed us this grainy rendering (we combined it with the top image) showing what appears to be a beefed-up Auburn Building with the Golden Arches in view. We can't confirm its authenticity, but tomorrow's meeting could shed some light on the details.
