Some airlines have been putting the extra space aboard Airbus' massive A380 jumbo jet to good use, at least for their richest passengers. Singapore Airlines now offers a full-sized double bed for couples willing to pay close to six figures for a long-haul round trip flight, while Emirates tucked a shower into the first class lavatory.
