The federal government is granting Michigan $100M to demolish blighted housing in its saddest cities, meaning Detroit will see a considerable piece of that action. Some of that money is expected to trickle down to the Detroit Blight Authority, where founder Bill Pulte is itching to get to work on his next project: Clearing 400 lots of an unnamed neighborhood near the end of the month.
