Iron Chef Michael Symon brought Detroit Roast in 2008, but his work in the region is far from done. His award-winning burger chain B Spot announced last month that it was searching for space in downtown Detroit, but we're now hearing that B Spot is set to open "several" locations in the Metro Detroit region, and downtown is going to have to wait in line.
