How Midtown and Royal Oak Are Designing Their $60M Developments Differently

While Midtown awaits construction to begin on its mixed-use mothership, Royal Oak is quietly planning a very similar development on Main Street. Both projects feature hotels, residential units and retail space, but it's their identical $60M price tag that makes a comparison irresistible.
Both projects are still in the planning stages and are liable to change, but early renderings give us a pretty good idea of what developers are imagining.
