Mind you, the property is 1.7 acres adjacent to a country club, with a two-bedroom guest house to boot. It's definitely a swanky estate, once home to the late casino mogul Don Barden. But wintertime is a hard season in which to sell, especially with all this snow negating two of the property's most important perks: "INGROUND POOL & GAZEBO!"
