Bidding is officially open for HamTower, downtown Hamtramck's tallest building. City officials are hoping to avoid a repeat of HamTower's last stint on the auction block, when winning bidders failed to fork over $200,200. With that in mind, the minimum bid this go-round is just $75K. We have word that the interior has plenty of historical detailing, while the Hamtramck Review adds that antique furniture and musical instruments can also be found within. Bidding closes February 12.
