Own the Top Two Floors of this Giant House on Ferry Street

When we first saw this listing, we assumed the $198K asking price was for the whole house. But that is not the case. Just three blocks behind the DIA and all that Midtown stuff, this house is divvied into a couple condos, with the upper unit on the market. But try and look past "condo" for a moment and check out the stats. This thing has two levels, spreading 2,228 square feet over 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and even a sun room. The interior is pretty easy on the eyes, with refinished hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace, and curvy ceilings on the top floor. Basically, this isn't your grandma's condo in Boca Raton. It's the top two-thirds of a giant house in Midtown. Did we mention it has a deck?
