For the last few months, rendering of a redeveloped Tiger Stadium site have circulated and they looked like this. The public has been told that two development firms are in the running at this point (Roxbury and Larson Realty) but that no final decision has been made. Curbed obtained the above rendering, which is new, from a helpful tipster involved with the site but not employed by either firm. It depicts a more updated view of what the Roxbury redevelopment would like like. This development has been described as 180 apartments with retail space with two large anchor tenants.
