A little more than a year ago, partners Andy Hollyday and Evan Hansen embarked on an extensive renovation to turn two vacant storefronts on Second Avenue into a restaurant. Selden Standard has made incredible strides and plans to open later this fall. While the crew is keeping the interior design under wraps, the transformation of the exterior can't hide. The building recently painted, added signage, and built a fence structure in the back for the outdoor seating area. Re-live the pre-renovation state of the building here.
