WIth bids starting at $1,000, this little red tudor in Marygrove heads to auction on Thursday. She's in rough shape, but an abundance of 1920s character leaves us hoping someone manages to salvage her. In fact, archived Google Streetview images show that it was a very charming house just a few years ago.
The total square footage comes in at 1,400, with three bedrooms and one bathroom.
From what the land bank reports, it sounds like scrappers got the radiators and some wiring in the basement, though it doesn't appear that they went after the plumbing. The land bank estimates that fixing everything would cost between $56k and $75k.
