Interested in owning a defining piece of Detroit's skyline? The postmodern tower known as One Detroit Center seems to be up for grabs. Crain's reports that the ownership appears ready to sell the building after offering it to a minority owner for $100M. Designed by John Burgee & Philip Johnson, One Detroit opened in 1993 as Michigan's tallest office building. It remains the last great skyscraper anyone ever bothered to build in Detroit. The overall price situation is still hazy, so we'll update if/when the $100M ask is made official.
