Get ready, Corktown: Gold Cash Gold, the pawnshop-turned-restaurant, opens its doors this weekend. For the 125-year-old building at Michigan and Wabash, the arrival ends a multi-year rehab process that not only added a restaurant space, but also installed several mouth-watering lofts upstairs. Ahead: watch the building's transformation from pawn shop to restaurant, then see the first look inside GCG's sparkling interior.
