Sold: Huge Brick Warehouse Dreams of Condo Conversion

New, 6 comments

Don't get too excited, but a brick warehouse north of Woodbridge could have a residential conversion in its long term forecast. Crain's reports that the building just sold for $2.5M to Bill Ball and Jerry Lindenmuth, the investors already working on a warehouse-to-lofts conversion in TechTown.
The building is currently leased and used to store medical records, so they have no plans to mess with it in the near future. But, should the current tenant hit the road, a conversion to "80-90 loft-style condominiums" would certainly be on the table.
