Following the success of Agnes Street's new retail, the commercial revitalization efforts in West Village continue with this old neighborhood storefront. Business incubator Practice Space is accepting proposals to rent the entire building, which was built in 1895 with a 900-square-foot storefront and two apartments upstairs. Basically, it's the ultimate live-work situation.
Interested businesses are asked to submit proposals online. The winning entrant will rent the space at market rates, while being first in line to rent the apartments upstairs if desired. The winning business gets the assistance of Practice Space, REVOLVE, and the Villages CDC with permitting, budgeting, and design. More details at the link below.
