"Pay Me," Former Packard Owner/Drug Dealer tells Fernando

New, 25 comments

New Packard Plant owner Fernando Palazuelo has a problem. A mustached, drug-dealing problem. Before Fernando bought the plant from Wayne County, it was owned by a man called Dominic Cristini. You know, the dude who went to prison in 2006 for selling ecstasy out of an abandoned school nearby.
According to the Free Press, Dominic now claims that the foreclosure process was botched, and that he actually still owns part of the property. He has reportedly demanded that Fernando hand over $3.5M to avoid costly litigation, to which Fernando responded "Christmas is over." Until the dispute is resolved, Palazuelo will likely be unable to finance redevelopment efforts, or achieve his goal of moving in by his 59th birthday. In short: Here we go again.
