From fine dining to total dives, this list covers the city and the burbs, highlighting the places that deserve more praise than they often receive.

BELLE ISLERose's Fine Food is opening soon on Jefferson, and they're planning to class up weekends (or weekdays) on Belle Isle quite a bit. In addition to serving local diner food and freshly baked bread, they're going to rent picnic baskets complete with a blanket, dishes, cutlery, and a delicious meal to Belle Isle visitors this summer.
