BELLE ISLE— Rose's Fine Food is opening soon on Jefferson, and they're planning to class up weekends (or weekdays) on Belle Isle quite a bit. In addition to serving local diner food and freshly baked bread, they're going to rent picnic baskets complete with a blanket, dishes, cutlery, and a delicious meal to Belle Isle visitors this summer.
