Add Parker Street Market to the increasing number of stores/restaurants sprouting in West Village. Offering an array of produce and other locally-produced foodstuffs, the "organic bodega" opened up yesterday on the corner of Parker and Kercheval. Parker Street Market is the brainchild of David Kirby, co-owner of local juice company Drought. According to Kirby, the entire store was built using rewards points amassed on Drought's corporate credit card, which he redeemed for Lowes gift cards.
